OVIS, the Kangqiao School for Children of Foreign Personnel in Wuhan Optics Valley, was established by the Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone Management Committee in 2020 to create a good environment for talent development and serve the upgrading of the Optics Valley industry. The project began in 2021 and was undertaken by the Ulink Education Group. At OVIS, all employees have the opportunity to participate in vocational training and plan for the sustained development of their careers. As one of the alliance schools of the Ulink Group, employees can participate in internal exchange activities and share best practices with colleagues in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Suzhou.
